Capacity building and continuing training of workers in theSUAS - Unified Social Assistance System, in the municipality of Rio Claro -RJ; supported by Federal Lawnº 8,742, of December 7, 1993 - Organic Law on Social Assistance, as amended by Federal Law nº 12,435,of July 6, 2011, which provides for the organization of Social Assistance.Training aims to produce knowledge that should be used whendevelopment of technical and managerial skills and capacities; attendingthe guidelines of the Basic Operational Standard for Human Resources to the need signaled by thetechnicians and SUAS Management, with regard to the qualification of the work carried out by theSUAS workers 2019
goals
Train and technically supervise the workers of SUAS in Rio Claro, on the
thematic that surrounds the Unified Social Assistance System and the execution of services, programs,
projects and benefits, in specific equipment
Offer training and supervision in the Social Assistance area for SUAS workers,
fostering discussion on social protection and addressing services, programs, projects and
policy benefits;
Promote the debate about the expressions of the social issue, considering the state of
social vulnerability in which the families of the municipality are inserted;
Discuss SUAS instruments.

SUAS workers in Rio Claro- RJ.
